Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹599. A minimal fee of ₹61 only is applicable on orders below ₹599.

COD Orders: For COD orders, an additional charge of ₹100 is applicable on orders above ₹599 and ₹198 is applicable for orders below ₹599. Our aim is to provide great quality in affordable pricing and logistics in India is one hurdle we found in achieving that goal. Analyzing the distrust Indian Customers have for new brands while shopping online, they charge hefty amounts for COD, and with each shipment that is canceled on delivery, their profit doubles. The outcome is that Indian Brands have to increase their product price and in the name of free shipping, they also try to get some advantage out of it. This is the reason you will get comparable quality products but double the price at other stores. To be honest, we recommend choosing a prepaid payment method for faster delivery, hassle-free returns, and refunds. Also, this is how you can also contribute to making Digital India.

Dispatch Time: All the orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours except for Pre-Order products. Pre-order products will be dispatched on the date mentioned in the product description. Please note, that due to the COVID-19 impact, some orders may take an additional 24 business hours to dispatch. You will get the tracking details via e-mail and SMS as soon as we dispatch your order.

Delivery Time: Usually, it takes 5 to 9 business days in total depending on your location/pin-code. Please note, that any public holiday, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Exchange: You are eligible to exchange the product within 10 days of delivery. We are the most affordable sustainable D2C brand in India. We are trying our best to maintain the prices even after cotton prices are hiking every single day. We can do that as our creators(we call our customers the creators as they are the real creators of this brand) love the products. We do provide 100% free exchange/replacement with no questions asked. However, We recommend choosing the best size as per our size chart or contacting us so that the customer care executive can help in selecting the same to save time goes to exchange process.

Return and Refund: You are eligible to return the product(s) within 10 days of delivery. We give 100% refund of the product value if you do not ❤️ our product.

Please note: If any promotional / coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit only. In-case of non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account/ original payment source. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.
